I take the privacy of everyone who visits this site and everyone I work with seriously. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why, and what you can do about it.
When you use the Ready Check, the cash flow calculator, or any contact form on this site, I collect what you provide directly: name, email, phone number, and the answers you give. When you browse the site, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Vexur collect standard usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, referral source) and advertising identifiers used to measure and improve ad performance. If you engage me as a client, I collect the further information needed to act for you: financial position, property preferences, and communications between us.
To respond to your enquiry, run the Ready Check or calculator and send you the result, improve this site and its advertising, and, if you engage me, to provide buyers agent services. I do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
Vexur, my CRM (vexur.com.au), which stores your enquiry and our communications, where strategy calls are booked, and which receives website analytics from this site (pages viewed, a visitor identifier, referral source and advertising click IDs). Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta and Vercel, my hosting provider, process data under their own privacy policies as part of running this site, and some of that processing happens overseas (principally the United States). If you engage me as a client, I also use Google Workspace for email and calendar, and Xero for accounting, both of which process your information as part of delivering my services. None of this reaches Moove Property Buyers.
I keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and delete or de-identify it once that need has passed.
You can ask me for access to the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to explain how I have used it. Contact shayne@shaynemelebuyersagent.com.au for any of this. If you are not satisfied with my response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
This site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Vexur to measure traffic, advertising performance and enquiries. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
